What products can I buy online?
All Vicor products are now available for purchase online in prototype quantities.
What countries do you ship to?
The VicorStore is currently available only to customers in North America, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The following is our "Participating Country List": Austria , Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
What delivery methods do you offer? Do you offer overnight delivery service?
All orders to the United States and Canada will be shipped via UPS, and overnight services are available. We offer the following delivery methods for online purchases:
UPS Ground
UPS 3rd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
How do I pay for my purchases?
All transactions through the VicorStore are done via major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged when you order the product. We do not store any credit card numbers in our systems - rather we pass it on using secure communications to our payment processor who is compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
At present, we do not accept "Pay-In-Advance", COD, or Purchase Orders through the VicorStore. For all commercial questions, please consult Vicor Customer Service during normal business hours.
How do I go about returning a product purchased online?
Vicor products are guaranteed for two years from date of shipment against defects in material or workmanship when in normal use and service. Please contact Customer Service (hyperlink to sales and service) to request a Return Material Authorization and replacement if necessary. See Vicor's warranty terms for more information.
With regard to return of product rights under European Consumer Distance Selling laws it should be noted that:
1. Products are components intended for professional use and are designed to be incorporated
into complete power systems.
2. Products are built specifically to customer’s requirements and the order, once placed,
is considered binding and non-cancelable.
How are export regulations enforced?
When you place an order online, you will receive an immediate acknowledgment via e-mail. This acknowledgement indicates that your order will be submitted for review and acceptance by our Customer Service group. All orders placed online are reviewed prior to final acceptance for compliance with export regulations. You will receive a second order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been accepted.
What confirmations will I receive?
You will receive three e-mail confirmations as your order is processed:
An acknowledgement from our E-Commerce system that your order is being submitted for processing.
An order confirmation indicating that your order has been accepted.
A shipment notification with tracking number when your order is shipped.
What are your terms and conditions?
